Job summary

Made Employment Ltd. is partnering with a leading energy-sector organisation to recruit experienced Field Debt Resolution Officers. The role is field-based and focuses on resolving outstanding customer accounts, engaging with customers, and negotiating repayment solutions to meet performance targets.

The role involves making collection calls, handling payments in person, and executing agreed payment plans. A DBS check and references are required, with an immediate start after interview.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt collection or collections environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers.
• Ability to document activities accurately in CRM or databases.

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls to delinquent payers and negotiate repayment plans.
• Collect payments over the phone or in person with a bias towards in-person collection.
• Plan efficient travel routes for field calls and document all activities.
• Research status of corporate entities to determine ownership and arrange payment plans.
• Execute documentation to secure payment and, where applicable, warrants to secure access.
