Job summary

Made Employment Ltd, partnering with a leading energy sector client, is recruiting experienced Debt Resolution Officers. The successful candidates will be field based, handling delinquent accounts, engaging directly with customers, and negotiating effective repayment solutions while working towards agreed targets.

You will make collection calls, collect payments in person where needed, document activities, plan efficient field travel, research entity ownership, and arrange payment plans.

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls to delinquent payers.
• Collect payments over the phone and in person.
• Document all activities in the appropriate system(s).
• Plan efficient travel routes to field calls.
• Research the status of corporate entities.
• Determine proper ownership of the business.
• Process payments and set up payment plans.
• Follow up on accounts and monitor agreements.
• Gaining additional customer data (e.g., meter reads, vulnerabilities).
• Conduct pre-disconnection visits in line with requirements.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and execute payment documentation.
• Execute Warrants where applicable to secure payment/access.
• Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.

We are delighted to be working in partnership with a client, who is a leading organisation within the energy sector.As part of their ongoing business expansion they are recruiting experienced Debt Resolution Officers. The successful candidates will be Field Based and responsible for handling resolving outstanding customer accounts, engaging directly with customers and negotiating effective repayment solutions, whilst working towards agreed performance targets.

Role & Responsibilities

• Plan efficient travel routes to field calls
• Research the status of corporate entities.
• Perform research to determine proper ownership of the business
• Process payments, set up payment plans, follow up on accounts, monitor agreements
• Gaining additional Customer Data. E.g. Meter Reads, Vulnerabilities etc.
