Job summary

Orbit Credit Services is recruiting a Field Collections Agent to visit customers at their homes within the Leicester area. You will offer empathy, guidance and practical solutions to help customers manage their finances.

You will handle arrears, set up repayment plans, and educate customers on consequences of non-payment, using an Orbit iPad to update records. A full UK driving licence, access to a car, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
• Prefer working independently, outdoors, and engaging with people face-to-face.
• Value flexibility and autonomy in your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers to resolve outstanding arrears and discuss payment options.
• Handle accounts for both regulated and non-regulated clients, including reconnection visits.
• Accept payments, set up repayment plans, and re-engage customers with client services.
• Educate customers about the potential consequences of non-payment.
• Use an Orbit-supplied iPad to update account outcomes in real time.
