Job summary

Clifton Coffee in Bristol is seeking a customer-focused coffee professional for a field-based role. You will deliver weekly coffee orders, build strong relationships with wholesale partners, and represent the Clifton Coffee brand with energy and professionalism.

Your day-to-day includes troubleshooting equipment from brands like La Marzocco, La Spaziale, VA and Ceado, dialing in grinders, and providing training to customers and their teams.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for great coffee and delivering memorable customer experiences.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technical skills.
• Ambition, self-motivation, and a desire to grow with the business.

Responsibilities

• Delivering weekly coffee orders to our wholesale partners and building strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Acting as the face of Clifton Coffee, representing our brand with professionalism, energy, and personality.
• Troubleshooting coffee equipment including machines from La Marzocco, La Spaziale, VA and Ceado.
• Dialling in grinders, supporting equipment maintenance, and helping customers consistently serve incredible coffee.
• Delivering coffee training and sharing knowledge with customers and their teams.
• Working closely with our roastery and engineering teams to ensure customers receive seamless support.
• Taking pride in maintaining your company vehicle and equipment to a high standard.
