Job summary

Clifton Coffee Roasters in Bristol is seeking a Wholesale Account Manager to drive new business growth and nurture lasting customer relationships.

You will lead coffee tastings, support equipment sales, assist with site openings and installations, and represent the company at trade shows and industry events while delivering barista training to customers. This is a full-time, office-based role with ongoing training and opportunities to gain SCA certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in coffee or equipment sales.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.
• Reliable, organised and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Driving new business development through inbound and outbound opportunities
• Leading coffee tastings and sales meetings, at roastery and on-site with customers
• Supporting customers with coffee equipment sales and product selection
• Assisting with new site openings and equipment installations
• Providing ongoing account management to build lasting partnerships
• Representing Clifton Coffee at trade shows and industry events
• Delivering barista training to customers
