Job summary

Kaboodle seeks a hands-on Client Manager based in Manchester to own a portfolio of clients, including a key venue partnership. You will be visible at client sites, regularly traveling to venues and offices across the UK, and will develop a first-hand understanding of client operations.

You will manage relationships, provide on-site hardware support for ticketing and access control, and translate client needs into technical requirements while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, technically confident Client Manager
• Willing to travel across the UK regularly
• Based in Manchester with support across UK locations

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for clients in your portfolio and ensure day-to-day delivery
• Travel regularly to client locations across the UK, including short notice where needed
• Own client relationships and act as a trusted extension of their operational teams
• Provide hands-on technical support and training for on-site hardware (ticketing, access control)
• Diagnose hardware and connectivity issues in live environments and escalate when needed
• Configure events within ticketing platforms and ensure readiness before live events
• Support on-sales and live events and respond quickly to issues
• Develop product understanding to investigate problems and provide client insights
• Translate client feedback into clear technical requirements for Product/Engineering
• Lead client reviews and post-event debriefs with data-informed improvements
• Assist with onboarding of new clients including on-site installation and training
• Take ownership and drive issues through to resolution
