Job summary

The Buyers' Networking Club is seeking a Production Manager to lead teams and deliver outstanding live events from its UK office. You will drive project delivery, ensure safe, efficient operations and coordinate with stakeholders to create memorable experiences.

This is a full-time, office-based role with a strong focus on H&S, scheduling, budgeting and cost control, while mentoring staff and maintaining client satisfaction.

Job description

Our client is an established venue operator with a collection of fabulous spaces that stage a diverse portfolio of exciting live events! They are seeking a candidate who excels in the technical production piece and can effectively lead teams to deliver amazing event experiences! Naturally practical with a solutions mindset you’ll also possess a comprehensive understanding of the operational element covering the likes of H&S, time schedules, cost control & budgeting as well as creating plans to map out project delivery. Similarly, whilst not a client servicing role you should be an effective communicator capable of managing client comms and ultimately aware of what client satisfaction looks like.

This role would be perfect for any Production Manager looking to challenge themselves by taking on more complex events as well as mentoring a team to achieve and develop!
