Cera Care is seeking a passionate Field Care Supervisor to act as an ambassador for the company, conducting client assessments, care plan construction and shadowing carers to ensure high-quality care. The role involves substantial field time with a portion of admin tasks in the office, supporting vulnerable customers and expanding service reach.

Qualifications

• Proven work history in the care sector.
• Excellent knowledge of the care sector and local area.
• Strong communication and IT skills are valued.

Responsabilités

• Ensure customers' requirements are met.
• Ensure your team are skilled and able to deliver a safe quality of care.
• Complete meet & greet of all new packages.
• Local knowledge of area.
• Complete care plans and reviews of them.
• Risk assessments.
• Audits of MAR charts and Log books.
• Complete carer spot checks and field supervisions.
• Conduct Carer Interviews and support with compliance.
• Attend provider meetings and support with business opportunities.
