Cera Care Ltd is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in the Crawley area to lead and support our carers on the ground. You will introduce new packages, build care plans, assess clients, and shadow care workers to ensure quality care.

This role involves substantial time in the field with some office Admin tasks, contributing to our mission as the UK's fastest growing technology-enabled care provider. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualificações

• Fully flexible availability to cover field work and office tasks.
• Excellent knowledge of the care sector and local care standards.
• Organised approach to supervision, planning and compliance.
• NVQ desirable but not essential for the role.
• NVQ and in-house Training and development for your role and career with us.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise carers on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure customers' requirements are met.
• Ensure the team delivers safe, high-quality care.
• Complete meet & greet for new packages.
• Have local knowledge of the area.
• Create and review care plans.
• Audit MAR charts and log books.
• Complete carer spot checks and field supervisions.
• Conduct carer interviews and support compliance.
• Attend provider meetings and identify business opportunities.
• Hands-on carer and field presence.
• Take part in out-of-hours on-call shifts.
• Participate in team meetings.
