Job summary

Cera Care is seeking a passionate Field Care Supervisor to become an ambassador for Cera and an extension of our family. You'll carry out initial introductions, construct care plans, conduct client assessments, and shadow Care Workers to monitor the provision of care in terms of quality.

It will involve 75/95% of time out in the field and 25/5% in the office for administrative tasks. We have an opportunity to bring service and support to the most vulnerable in our communities and continue on our

Qualifications

• Proven work history and knowledge of the care sector.
• Excellent communication and IT skills are essential.
• Passionate and organised with a professional approach.
• NVQ desirable but not essential.
• Role involves field-based work across the local area.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers' requirements are met and quality of care is maintained.
• Supervise carers to deliver safe, high-quality care.
• Complete meet & greet for new packages and assess local needs.
• Develop and review care plans with clients and families.
• Perform risk assessments and audits of records.
• Conduct carer spot checks and field supervisions.
• Interview carers and support compliance initiatives.
• Attend provider meetings and explore business opportunities.
• Maintain local area knowledge and community links.
• Support with administrative tasks and reporting.
