Home Instead Bedford is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to ensure high-quality, person-centred care for older adults in Bedford and surrounding areas. You will conduct care consultations, develop care plans, perform risk assessments, and oversee Care Professionals to maintain outstanding service.

The role combines field and office work, requiring strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, with safeguarding and regulatory compliance at the core of daily activities.

Qualifications

• Experience working within health and social care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Good IT skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively.
• Passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial care consultations with prospective clients and their families.
• Complete person-centred care plans and risk assessments.
• Undertake regular client reviews to ensure care remains appropriate.
• Carry out quality assurance visits and spot checks.
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support Care Professionals in the field and complete competency assessments.
