Job summary

GoodOaks Homecare Maidenhead and Windsor is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to cover Maidenhead, Windsor, Slough, Taplow and surrounding areas. The role combines hands-on care with supervision, delivering regular care calls to your own caseload while supporting the growing service.

As the branch expands, supervision increases toward a 50/50 split and a route to Care Coordinator, with paid on-call, mileage, and funded qualifications. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in domiciliary care.
• Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check to work with vulnerable adults.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Delivering care calls across the Maidenhead and Windsor patch with a regular caseload.
• Covering gaps, sickness and short-notice changes.
• Carrying out carer supervisions and spot checks.
• Reviewing care plans and keeping them up to date.
• Carrying out client assessments alongside the Registered Manager.
• Supporting the rota and on-call rota (paid on-call).
