Job summary

Agincare is hiring a Field Care Supervisor in Worthing to lead care teams and deliver person-centred care in the community. You will support clients, supervise staff, and ensure safe, high-quality services with regular visits and assessments.

This role requires a UK driving licence, 40 hours per week, and prior supervisory experience in social care. Mileage is paid, and training up to QCF Level 5 is provided.

Qualifications

• 12 months rights to work in the UK
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Demonstrable experience in the social care sector at a supervisory level
• Well organised and self-motivated
• 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for day-to-day support, guidance and information to allocated clients and staff
• Monitor and check the health and well-being of clients and staff via visits, calls and care records
• Undertake assessments and re-assessments of care needs and risk management to reflect person-centred plans
• Ensure safeguarding arrangements and provide staff training and support for safe care delivery
• Conduct regular supervision and reviews to promote competency and development
• May include on-call duties and some weekend work
