Agincare UK Limited in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor for a maternity cover position. This permanent role offers a 50/50 mix of office-based and field-based work and provides visa sponsorship for eligible overseas applicants.

You will build strong relationships with clients and care teams, ensure safe and high-quality care, and support on-call duties while driving service standards across the community.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in social care.
• 40 hours per week, includes on-call duties.
• Full UK driving licence is essential for this field-based role.
• At least 12 months remaining on your current right to work in the UK or eligibility to obtain a Skilled Worker visa.

Responsibilities

• Support clients and care teams in the community.
• Maintain a 50/50 split between office-based tasks and fieldwork.
