Job summary

Agincare in the United Kingdom is seeking a Field Care Supervisor for Christchurch/Bournemouth who enjoys supporting clients and care teams, building relationships, and helping people feel safe, valued and cared for while out in the community.

You will conduct care assessments, supervise staff, and ensure safeguarding and safety standards. The role includes 24 hours per week, on-call duties, mileage allowance, a pension, funded training to QCF Level 5, and a clear route for career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care at a supervisory level.
• A well-organised, self-motivated approach.
• Availability to work 24 hours per week, including on-call duties.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews.
• Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients.
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision.
• Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas.
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld.
• Working days: Monday, Thursday and Friday; on-call rota with some weekend work.
