Agincare is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in Nottingham to support clients and care teams out in the community. You will visit clients, check in with your team, and ensure high-quality care while balancing field and office duties.

The role requires supervisory experience in social care, a full UK driving licence, and availability for 40 hours per week including on-call duties. A 50/50 office/field split is expected.

Competenze

• Experience in social care at a supervisory level.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including on-call duties.

A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor

As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be a key point of support for both clients and care staff. You’ll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported , and able to deliver high-quality care .

In this role, you will:
