Job summary

Agincare is recruiting a Field Care Supervisor in Nottingham to support clients and care staff out in the community. You will conduct care assessments, monitor client wellbeing, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality care while maintaining safeguarding standards.

The role includes on-call duties and some weekend work. The successful candidate will have supervisory social care experience, be well-organised, hold a valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, and be eligible to work in

Qualifications

• Experience in social care at a supervisory level (essential)
• Well-organised, self-motivated approach
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including on-call duties
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews
• Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision
• Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld
• Take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required
