Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have NVQ level 2 in Adult Social Care.
• Must have Full UK driving licence.
• Must have IT literacy.
• Must have attention to details.
• Must have experience in Adult Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Individual Needs Assessments for new and potential clients.
• Conduct risk assessments as part of the Individual Needs Assessment and update as required.
• Carry out introductory visits whenever a Carer visits a client for the first time.
• Ensure all client visits are covered and schedules are managed.
• Be on-call in case of emergencies.
