Caremark Coventry is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead and mentor Care Assistants delivering high-quality home care in Coventry, Nuneaton and Bedworth. You will conduct assessments, supervise visits and ensure safety and dignity in every interaction.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, compliance and strong communication. Full training is provided, with clear career progression in a supportive team.

Responsabilités

• Conduct customer assessments and reviews to ensure care remains safe, effective and person-centered.
• Introduce Care Assistants to new customers and oversee start of care packages.
• Carry out spot checks, observations and quality assurance visits.
• Supervise, lead and mentor Care Assistants in the community, providing guidance and coaching.
• Deliver inductions, competency assessments and in-community training for new and existing Care Assistants.
• Identify training and development needs and support ongoing professional development.
• Work with the Care Coordinator to ensure visits are covered and continuity of care.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and wellbeing, address concerns and escalate issues.
• Ensure care plans, risk assessments and documentation are up to date and compliant.
• Promote safeguarding, dignity, independence and person-centered care.
• Participate in the on-call rota and provide emergency support outside normal hours.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, families and healthcare professionals.

About the Role:

As a Field Care Supervisor in Caremark Coventry, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive safe, high-quality care in their own homes. Supporting and mentoring Care Assistants in the community, you’ll build strong relationships, carry out quality visits, and help maintain excellent care standards. This is a rewarding, predominantly community-based role for someone passionate about person‑centred care and making a positive difference to both customers and colleagues every day.

What You’ll Be Supporting With as a Field Care Supervisor in Coventry, Nuneaton and Bedworth:

• Conduct customers assessments, risk assessments and reviews to ensure care remains safe, effective and person-centered.
• Introduce Care Assistants to new customers and oversee the successful start of care packages.
• Carry out spot checks, observations and quality assurance visits to monitor service standards.
• Supervise, lead and mentor Care Assistants in the community, providing guidance and coaching where required.
• Deliver practical inductions, competency assessments and in‑community training for new and existing Care Assistants
• Identify training and development needs and support ongoing professional development.
• Work closely with the Care Coordinator to ensure care visits are covered and continuity of care is maintained.
• Monitor customers satisfaction and wellbeing, addressing concerns and escalating issues appropriately.
• Ensure care plans, risk assessments and documentation are accurate, up to date and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote safeguarding, dignity, independence and person-centered care at all times.
• Participate in the on‑call rota and provide emergency support outside normal working hours as required.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, families, healthcare professionals and colleagues.
• Complete reports, audits and administrative tasks accurately and within required timescales.
