Care In My Home is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to oversee the quality of community care. You will be out in the field, supporting carers, performing spot checks, completing reviews, and ensuring care is delivered with dignity and consistency.

The role emphasizes hands-on care support, supervision, and ongoing trainer responsibilities, with a driving focus and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in domiciliary care, ideally as a Senior Carer or Supervisor.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Full driving license and access to own car.

Responsibilities

• Carry out spot checks, supervisions, and client reviews.
• Train and mentor new carers in the field.
• Complete risk assessments and care plan updates.
• Hands-on care support.
• Report concerns and ensure best practice is followed.
• Support rota team with care cover when required.
