Job summary

Cera is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in Basildon to lead care teams and ensure high-quality, compliant home care services. The role blends field supervision with admin tasks, supporting vulnerable clients and coordinating care plans.

The position is fully field-based (75–95%) with some office duties, offering an opportunity to contribute to the UK's leading tech-enabled care provider while benefiting from our training and development programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in care supervision and frontline delivery.
• Strong communication with clients and carers.
• Solid IT literacy for recording and scheduling.
• Ability to work in a dynamic field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise carers on an ongoing basis
• Ensure customers’ requirements are met
• Ensure the team delivers safe, high-quality care
• Complete introductions and care plan development
• Maintain local knowledge of the Basildon area
• Create and review care plans
• Conduct risk assessments
• Audit MAR charts and log books
• Perform carer spot checks and field supervisions
• Support with compliance and provider meetings
• Participate in out-of-hours on-call duties
• Engage in team meetings
