Agincare in Nottingham is seeking a Field Care Supervisor on a maternity cover. You will split time between office and field visits, supporting clients and care teams to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care at a supervisory level.
• Well-organised, self-motivated approach to workload and people.
• Able to commit to 40 hours per week including on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews.
• Monitor wellbeing and safety of clients.
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and supervision.
• Foster a culture where concerns and ideas are shared.
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are upheld.
• You will participate in on-call rota, including some weekend work.
