Job summary

Universal Care Services is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to help deliver high-quality, person-centred care in the community. You will support carers, conduct assessments, reviews and audits while ensuring safeguarding and compliance with standards.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and opportunities for development.

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care while supporting carers to deliver outstanding services in the community.

What You'll Be Doing
