Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to cover New Milton and the surrounding area. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients and care teams, spending time out in the community visiting clients and supporting staff to deliver safe, high-quality care.

The role requires supervisory experience in social care, a full UK driving licence or access to your own vehicle, and 40 hours per week including on-call.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care at a supervisory level.
• A well-organised, self-motivated approach.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including on-call duties.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews.
• Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients.
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision.
• Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas.
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld.
• Take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.
