Job summary

Hartwig Care Limited is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead and supervise care staff in community settings. You will coordinate care delivery, assess Service Users, and ensure high standards of person-centred care while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

  • Experience in domiciliary care essential.
  • Experience supervising and supporting teams.
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care desirable.
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and coordinate care to ensure continuity, quality, and compliance.
  • Support and develop Care Workers through supervision, shadowing, and guidance.
  • Carry out Service User assessments and manage care packages effectively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including care plans, risk assessments, and reviews.
  • Communicate professionally with families, professionals, and stakeholders.
  • Manage and elevate issues and complaints in line with company procedures.
  • Cover care calls when required and support the wellbeing of Service Users.

Specific Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, flexibility required including evenings, weekends and participation in the on-call rota)

Requirements:
  • Experience in Domiciliary Care will be essential
  • Experience with supervising and supporting teams and individuals to bring out the best in them
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care(desirable).
  • Good knowledge ofCQC standards and compliance.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
