Job summary

Universal Care Services is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to join our community care team in the UK. You will lead field-based care delivery, ensuring person-centred approaches and safeguarding standards while supporting carers to achieve excellent service outcomes.

The role requires a driving licence, willingness to travel within the region, and a commitment to ongoing training and professional development. This is a full-time, field-based position with competitive pay and mileage support.

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care while supporting carers to deliver outstanding services in the community.

What You'll Be Doing

• Completing care assessments, reviews, spot checks and competency observations
• Monitoring care quality and supporting continuous improvement
• Reviewing care plans, risk assessments and care records
• Managing safeguarding concerns, incidents and complaints appropriately
• Conducting audits and supporting compliance with CQC requirements
• Coaching and developing care colleagues to maintain high standards
• Working closely with service users, families and healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within health and social care
• Strong understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region
