Job summary

Cera Care is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team in a permanent, full-time role. You will manage the delivery of high-quality home care, ensuring Care Workers are matched to Clients by care needs and, where possible, by proximity.

You will coordinate scheduling, maintain compliance with CQC/CIW standards, and support a high standard of care while working 37.5 hours per week. A drivers license and vehicle access are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling systems and rota management.
• Knowledge of CQC/CIW CI regulations and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to travel to clients and drive to care locations.
• Experience as a senior carer in a domiciliary care agency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage delivery of high quality care services.
• Match Care Workers to Clients based on care needs and proximity.
• Coordinate scheduling and allocation to ensure 37.5 hours per week are covered.

Role

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity.

Requirements

• Ideally two years experience working as a senior for a Domiciliary Care Agency
• Motivated to deliver first class care
• Knowledge of scheduling and a rota system
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
• Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments, care reviews and being able to motivate care staff.
• Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
• Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
