Job summary

Helping Hands is seeking a Care and Training Practitioner (Field Care Supervisor) to coach new carers from interview through onboarding, ensuring high quality care and strong customer relationships.

You will train, supervise and visit customers, conduct risk assessments and support on-call duties while upholding compliance and promoting growth within the branch.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant and a desire to take the next step in your career.
• A full, clean UK driving licence and access to a roadworthy, insured vehicle.
• Strong communication skills and a supportive, encouraging approach to working with others.
• A keen eye for detail and confidence in maintaining compliance and quality standards.
• A people-first mindset – calm, kind and ready to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Complete spot checks and supervisions to maintain high standards across your care team.

From £27,571 to £29,071 - 30 hours Field Care Supervisor + 10 hours community care
