Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in Weymouth to lead client care and support teams in the community. You will visit clients, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality care across locations.

Candidates should have supervisory experience in social care, be highly organised, and hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle. This role includes an on-call component and weekend duties.

A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor

As a Field Care Supervisor, youll be a key point of support for both clients and care staff. Youll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
