Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to join our team in the Dorset area, including Christchurch and Bournemouth. You will be out in the community, visiting clients, supporting care staff, and ensuring high-quality care.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in social care, a full UK driving licence, and is available for 24 hours per week with some on-call duties. Mileage allowance and career development opportunities are included.

• Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients.
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision.
• Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas.
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld.
• Working days required: Monday, Thursday and Friday.
• You’ll also take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.

A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be a key point of support for both clients and care staff. You’ll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high-quality care. In this role, you will:
