Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to join our team in the UK. You will be the main contact for day-to-day client and staff support, coordinating care plans and ensuring quality of care across locations.

The role requires 12 months right to work in the UK, a full UK driving licence, and a strong supervisory background in social care. Competitive salary up to £28,000 with mileage, training, pension and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Demonstrable experience in the social care sector at supervisory level.
• Well organised and self-motivated.
• 40 hours per week with on‑call every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for day‑to‑day support to allocated clients and staff.
• Monitor health and wellbeing via face-to-face visits, telephone calls and care records.
• Undertake assessments and reassessments of care needs and manage risks to reflect client needs.
• Safeguard clients and ensure staff receive training and support to deliver safe care.
• Conduct regular supervision and reviews with team members to promote development.

A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be a main point of contact for day-to-day support, guidance and information to allocated clients and staff.

You will be responsible for monitoring and checking the health, well-being of clients and staff by using face to face visits, telephone calls and monitoring care records.

You will undertake assessments, and re-assessments of care needs and risk manage clients to ensure that their care plans reflect their needs and are person‑centred.

You will ensure that arrangements are in place to safeguard clients against the risk of abuse, and ensure that staff receive appropriate training and support to deliver care safely and feel confident to highlight any potential issues.

You will conduct regular supervisions and reviews with team members to review competency and promote personal development.
