Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to support clients and care teams in the Weymouth area. You will visit clients in the community, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality care.

The role requires 40 hours per week, including on-call duties, and a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle. The company offers competitive pay, a pension, and training up to QCF Level 5.

A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor

As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be a key point of support for both clients and care staff. You’ll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high-quality care.

In this role, you will:

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews
• Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision
• Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld

You’ll also take part in the on‑call rota, with some weekend working required.
