Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in Weymouth to support clients and care teams out in the community. You will visit clients, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality care while coordinating with staff.

The role requires supervisory experience, a full UK driving licence, and a commitment to providing compassionate care. On-call duties and some weekend work are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care at supervisory level.
• Well-organised and self-motivated.
• Able to work 40 hours per week including on-call duties.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• At least 12 months remaining on right to work in the UK.

A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor

As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be a key point of support for both clients and care staff. You’ll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high-quality care.

In This Role, You Will

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews
• Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision
• Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld

You’ll also take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.
