You will enjoy autonomy, build lasting relationships, and convert conversations into customers in a role backed by a supportive team.

Promoting full waste solutions, including specialist compaction services, you will typically run around 10 site visits daily and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing B2B roles.
• Confident, bubbly, and persuasive personality with strong communication.
• Resilience and tenacity to chase leads and close deals.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ideally based in or around Chesterfield with local knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our client in your local patch, identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Promote total waste solutions, including specialist compaction services.
• Carry out around 10 quality site visits a day, building trusted relationships with commercial clients.
• Structure your own working week while delivering outstanding results.
• Hold weekly one-to-one meetings with Head of Sales (Waste) to review progress and strategy.
• Participate in monthly sales meetings to share best practice and stay aligned with company goals.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best service for your clients.
