Responsibilities

• Explore, identify and manage new business opportunities to increase revenue.
• Proactively sell new business to exceed quarterly/annual targets.
• Develop and manage a detailed new business pipeline with forecasted volumes and revenue.
• Provide regular activity and pipeline reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Industrial Services Manager to drive growth strategy.
• Maintain data in the CRM to support campaigns.
• Share pipelines and best practices with other commercial functions.
• Work with waste professionals to drive opportunities.
• Ensure customer appointments are followed through with presentations/demonstrations.
• Attend sales and business meetings.
• Carry out other duties within the role scope.
