Job summary

Portfolio Group is seeking a Field Business Development Manager to drive new business across the UK, owning the full sales cycle, generating leads, running meetings and closing deals.

Offering a £30,000 basic + top-up £30,000 with uncapped commission, plus a premium car or £5,000 car allowance and a structured bonus scheme, this role also provides career progression towards Partner & Associate Director, events and international incentives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Self-generate leads, conduct meetings and close sales.
• Evaluate client needs and present packages best suited to HR & Employment Law matters.
• Build a large network by attending events and conferences.
• Enjoy ongoing commissions from new and existing contracts.
