Job summary

Openwork Limited is seeking a Field-Based Training & Competence Supervisor to uphold high standards of advice quality and regulatory compliance. You will work with Partner Firms, Advisers and Practice Supervisors, serving as a trusted partner to drive continuous improvement across the network.

The role involves being with firms about twice a month, requires Mortgage Advice Qualification and Equity Release Qualification, and offers a competitive package with a car allowance and pension match.

Qualifications

• Must have supervision experience in financial advisory context.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Supervision according to Openwork's Assurance Model and Supervision Framework.
• Ensure oversight and engagement of Practice Supervisors where appropriate.
• Apply risk management across supervision activities and drive improvements.
• Use MI/Data to identify patterns and set supervision priorities.
• Balance commercial goals with regulatory risk in the role.
