Job summary

The T&C Supervisor role is based hybrid in Leeds within Openwork Limited's 2plan Wealth Management framework. You will supervise appointed representatives, self-employed and employed advisers, ensuring competence through coaching, 121s and role-plays, while handling regulatory queries and KPI analysis.

We’re seeking candidates with financial services experience, a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, strong FCA knowledge and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within Financial Services, preferably delivering supervision activities.
• Must hold the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Strong understanding of FCA and regulatory requirements.
• Supervisory qualification H15 or J07 is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervising Advisers through the initial and ongoing stages of the T&C scheme, via coaching, meetings and evaluation of KPI’s.
• Demonstrating and applying understanding of internal Business Standards
• Completion of 121s as required, and the ability to analyse KPI data provided
• Completion of annual role-plays
• Ensuring Adviser records are kept up to date
