Howdens Joinery is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow our local trade customer base in the UK. You will win new business, nurture relationships, and collaborate with depot teams to drive account growth across your territory.

You will need a track record in sales, be self-motivated and organised, and comfortable presenting the Howdens model to customers. A full UK driving licence is required for this field-based role.

• Must have proven track record in winning new business or sales targets.
• Confidently engage trade customers from first contact.
• Self-motivated, resilient with a drive to succeed.
• Build product knowledge in joinery and hardware.
• Strong organisational skills for a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Win new business by proactively approaching prospective customers and converting opportunities into accounts.
• Grow and manage the account base across your territory in collaboration with depots.
• Introduce customers to the Howdens model and its benefits for trade customers.
• Collaborate with depot teams to increase account spend and trading frequency.
• Nurture relationships with new and existing customers from first contact to resolution.
• Keep data accurate and maintain visibility of activity and pipeline.
