Howdens Joinery is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to grow local customer accounts across your defined area. This field-based role emphasizes proactive outreach, winning new business, and forming long-term trade partnerships with depot teams.

You will own the territory, build trust with trade customers, and drive sustainable growth through strong relationships. A full UK driving licence is required, and the role includes a comprehensive package with incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or B2B sales.
• Ability to build product knowledge in joinery and hardware.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsabilités

• Win new business by proactively approaching prospective customers and converting opportunities into new accounts.
• Grow and manage the account base across your territory, supporting each depot's performance.
• Introduce new customers to the Howdens model and explain how it works.
• Collaborate with depot teams to increase account spend and trading frequency.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing account holders.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally from first contact to resolution.
• Contribute insights and performance updates in team meetings.
• Keep data accurate and visible across activity and pipeline.
