Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for Kent (field-based). Salary ranging from £35,000 to £45,000 plus a Company Car, Fuel Card and Bonus, with progression and training opportunities.

You will manage existing accounts, generate new business, visit construction sites across your region, and provide technical support to customers while developing long-term relationships. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience within construction, plant, tool hire or related industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident and commercially minded.
• Eager to learn and develop within technical sales.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing existing customer accounts
• Generating new business opportunities across the region
• Visiting construction sites and meeting customers
• Identifying opportunities through leads and market information
• Providing technical and product support to customers
• Managing sales administration and account activity
• One day per week completing administration from the branch
• Covering the Kent territory
