Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Technical Sales Representative for a Kent, field-based role. You will manage existing accounts, generate new opportunities and visit construction sites across your territory, blending technical knowledge with sales capabilities.

The role offers a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 plus a company car, fuel card, bonus, progression and training. A full UK driving licence is required and you will develop within a growing division of the group.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within construction, plant, tool hire or related sectors.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Confident, commercially minded with a desire to progress.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in technical sales.
• Independent worker comfortable in a field-based role.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing existing customer accounts.
• Generating new business opportunities across the region.
• Visiting construction sites and meeting customers.
• Identifying opportunities through leads and market information.
• Providing technical and product support to customers.
• Handling sales administration and account activity.
• One day per week completing administration from the branch.
• Covering the Kent territory.
