UBT is seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to own the full 360° sales cycle across the UK. This highly autonomous, field-based role calls for winning new accounts, conducting trials and turning prospects into loyal customers.

Based near Northwich, you will travel extensively, build a healthy pipeline, manage CRM records and develop existing accounts while enjoying an uncapped bonus and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical B2B sales.
• Experience selling into non-FMCG markets.
• Able to manage full 360° sales cycle.
• Willing to travel extensively across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Win new business across non-FMCG applications and industrial manufacturing sectors.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound enquiries.
• Conduct face-to-face customer meetings across the UK, from shopfloor operators to directors.
• Deliver and support product trials that convert into long-term commercial opportunities.
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for growth and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, quotes, forecasts and sales activity.
