Job summary

FAAC Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Service Sales Business Development Manager to drive growth and retention of automatic doors contracts on a regional basis. You will secure regional and national opportunities, manage the quotation and sales process, and log all activity in the CRM in real time while maintaining contact with the customer through handover to operations.

The role is field-based with periods away from home for training, sales meetings and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Must have related degree or equivalent sales experience.
• ADSA or ADIA BS7036/BSEN16005:2012 or DHF knowledge would be beneficial.
• IT skills include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM systems.
• Field sales experience with FM, local authority, retail or similar customers.
• Experience selling service contracts or cyclical services.
• Experience with automatic doors maintenance contracts or similar products.

Responsibilities

• Meet targets for quotations submitted, orders won and conversion rates.
• Meet targets for enquiry to quotation time scales.
• Update quotes in real time and ensure visibility through the sales portal.
• Promote FAAC Entrance Solutions and seek cross‑selling opportunities.
• Ensure detailed handovers with Help Desk, Key Accounts, Quoted Works Team & Invoicing.
