Job summary

TRS (Technical Recruitment Solutions) is seeking an Account Manager to cover South Wales, including Cardiff and surrounding areas. The role offers a base salary of £40,000–£50,000, with a bonus up to 25% and a company car.

You will manage customer relationships in the domestic heating market and drive growth across the region. Based around South Wales, you may have prior field sales or customer-facing experience in plumbing, heating, or HVAC, and be ready to step into an external sales role.

Qualifications

• Based around Cardiff, Swansea or within easy reach of South Wales.

We're working with an established and growing business looking to add an Account Manager to its South Wales team following a record year.

This isn't necessarily about finding someone with years of field sales experience. If you're currently working within a plumbing, heating or HVAC merchant and feel ready to make the move into an external role, we'd be equally keen to hear from you.

You’ll be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships across South Wales, with a strong focus on the domestic heating market. It's a genuine account management role with the opportunity to build relationships, grow business and develop your career within a larger group.

What we're looking for

• Based around Cardiff, Swansea or within easy reach of South Wales
• Sales or customer-facing experience within plumbing, heating, HVAC or a related market would be advantageous
