Job summary

Trinity Estates is seeking a field-based inspector to cover Greater Manchester with hybrid/home-based work. You will perform regular site inspections, document findings with photos, and drive remedial actions with contractors and colleagues.

The role focuses on safety, compliance, and presenting improvements to residents and managers. You will balance planned routes with reactive visits, build relationships with residents, and support property managers.

Qualifications

• Site inspections experience and ability to document findings with photos.
• Full UK driving licence and daily travel between sites.
• Clear communication with residents, contractors and managers.
• Knowledge of health, safety and building compliance basics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc site inspections across Manchester patches.
• Produce concise reports with photos, risk ratings and next steps.
• Raise and track actions and works orders to completion.
• Liaise with contractors to scope, access and sign off works.
• Check compliance items such as fire safety features, lighting and signage.
