Trinity Estates is seeking a Property Manager to own a varied residential portfolio across Devon and Cornwall. This home-based role offers autonomy with regular site visits, balancing proactive management and responsive customer service to residents and stakeholders.

You will inspect developments, oversee maintenance, manage budgets and service charges, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining clear records and reporting.

Formación

• Experience managing residential blocks or estates.
• Familiarity with service charge budgeting and contractor management.
• Health and safety compliance checks and site inspections.
• Experience with field-based planning and reporting.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and conduct regular site inspections across Devon and Cornwall.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance, instruct and oversee contractors.
• Handle resident queries and provide clear updates and resolutions.
• Monitor budgets and service charges, raise and track works orders and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and statutory requirements.
• Prepare reports and meeting notes and action plans.
