Trinity Estates is seeking an autonomous Property Manager to oversee a varied residential portfolio across Devon and Cornwall. This field-based role requires you to balance independent work with regular site inspections and contractor oversight, while delivering a proactive, professional service to residents and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential blocks or estates
• Knowledge of service charge budgeting
• Health and safety compliance checks and site inspection processes
• Ability to use property management systems and produce clear reports and correspondence

Responsibilities

• Planning and conducting regular site inspections across Devon and Cornwall
• Managing day-to-day maintenance, instructing and overseeing contractors and suppliers
• Handling resident queries and communications, providing clear updates and resolutions
• Monitoring budgets and service charges, raising and tracking works orders and invoices
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety, risk assessments and statutory requirements
• Preparing reports, meeting notes and action plans, and following through to completion
