Job summary

haart Estate Agents is seeking a Property Management Externals Associate to conduct external property inspections, inventories, check-ins and check-outs across multiple locations in the region. You will report findings using company systems and support tenancy lifecycle activities.

The role requires organised, observant individuals who can work independently in a field-based environment, with travel across Luton, Milton Keynes, Enfield and surrounding areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Experience in property, lettings, inventory or inspections OR transferable field-based experience.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property visits and report findings with photographic evidence.
• Prepare detailed inventories and conduct check-ins and check-outs.
• Support deposit negotiations with evidence-based reports.
• Deliver professional customer service to landlords and tenants.
• Escalate urgent or high-risk issues promptly and accurately.

Skills

Full UK Driving Licence

Property/lettings experience
