Job summary

Confidential in London is seeking a Property Coordinator to manage a small field-based team and coordinate inspections and contractor visits across London and surrounding areas. This permanent, hybrid role combines hands-on property knowledge with people management, field operations and process improvement.

You'll be out on site for much of the week, solving problems and making practical property decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, property or housing operations preferred.
• Strong people management and coaching abilities.
• Comfort working on site with contractors and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small field-based team.
• Coordinate property inspections and contractor visits.
• Visit properties to identify maintenance/operational requirements.
• Quality-check contractor works and inspections.
• Improve communication between field and office teams.
• Manage keys, equipment and site facilities processes.
• Drive improvements in systems and ways of working.
